Canadian Shipping & Handling
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $500 via USPS, FedEx Ground and UPS with the exception of special order items. For all orders, we offer Expedited and Priority Shipping. To determine shipping rates you must proceed to the checkout page. Special order items (ie. items that are not listed on this site including, but not limited to, Original in-lite and discontinued products) do not qualify for free shipping. Please speak with a representative prior to ordering special order items for a custom shipping quote.
Shipping and Processing Time
We process and ship orders from our London, Ontario warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 1PM EST generally ship out that same day (although this is not guaranteed). Processing time for special order items may take longer, and will be subject to custom shipping rates. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Expedited & Priority Shipping & ExceptionsWe only offer Expedited & Priority Shipping within Canada. We offer the following options for Expedited & Priority Shipping:
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
Expedited & Priority Shipping rates are dependent on weight. To find the price of Expedited & Priority Shipping for your order, proceed to the checkout page. We use FedEx to deliver Expedited & Priority Shipping. If you would prefer to use an alternate provider, please reach out to a representative or through the Contact Us feature. Rates are subject to change. We cannot expedite or prioritize orders PO Boxes. We cannot be responsible for weather delays.
We accept most unused and unopened items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit excluding any original Shipping Costs. Customers are not subject to restocking fees. However, the product and packaging must be completely new to ensure the item can be resold to another customer. Shipping to and from will not be refunded. EXCEPTIONS: Special order items or final sale / clearance items.
We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. We do not cover return shipping charges. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
Before returning items you must contact our reps at: email@example.com to receive your accompanying SN# that you must include on the label and/or packaging - without this SN# we CAN NOT complete your return!
